Notice Regarding Microsoft DreamSpark Account for MME Students

You would be happy to learn that recently a MoU has been signed between Microsoft and department of CSE of BUET to allow students/faculty/staff of BUET to have access in MS DreamSpark Webstore to obtain licences for authenticated software packages from Microsoft including Windows OSs such as Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, etc. If you are a current student of MME and feel interested, please fill up the form available in the office of the department of MME. After submitting the required documents to Dr. Mamun Al Rashed along with the filled in form, an account registration email will be sent to your provided email address. You should check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the account opening email within two days of submission of your form. Please note that you are allowed to use the licences only for academic purposes, no commercial use will be allowed. Also note that a repository will be available for students in the department so that you can obtain copies of the software packages; otherwise significant data charges may incur for downloading large size packages.
